Our story

Our family has called Portrush home since 1969, proudly contributing to the town’s vibrant community and local economy through several family-run businesses — most fondly remembered is The Dolphin Chip Shop, a favourite with locals and visitors from 1969 to 1990. Portrush is in our blood.

We’ve watched it grow, evolve, and shine on the world stage, from hosting The Open Championship to the Air Show and the legendary North West 200.It’s this deep love for the town that inspires us to welcome guests and share what makes Portrush truly unforgettable — its world-class golf, spectacular coastline, and the warm, easy hospitality that defines life on the Causeway Coast.
